Multicultural Female Leadership Conference

In partnership with the Anchorage School District and Soroptimist International of Cook Inlet, this event for seventh and eighth grade girls provides a safe, dynamic and positive environment in which to empower and encourage their individual growth and self confidence. Students participate in different workshops of their choice, including building healthy communication skills, how to be themselves, maintaining a healthy mind and body, and turning their interests into a career.

Counselors at each middle school coordinate the registrations for girls in their school. It is also open to girls in private and charter schools.
